Well maintained home with several upgrades from originally built home in 2007. Roof is original 2007 (17 year old 30 year shingle) and had a couple of roofing companies evaluate it and both companies stated that it did not need a new roof. However, the roof shingles were treated by RoofMaxx to bring the shingles back to a pliable state that is supposed to increase the life more than 8-10 years. There is a 5 year warranty from RoofMaxx that is transferable. The HVAC is original and well maintained every year by the owner who was HVAC certified at one time (Trane system which is considered to be top of the line HVAC systems). The home is an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room, and living room all open areas.
